As an Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing business and administrative support to the department. This includes managing customer complaints and compliments, by reviewing, analysing and providing the relevant information associated to compliments and complaints to stakeholders/Customer Affairs & Service Audit (CASA).
In this role, you will:
- Manage cabin crew electronic devices /accessories stock control system to ensure enough stocks available at all times.
- Provide (24/7) service for quick resolution and escalate severe faults to IT for corrective action.
- Make recommendations to enhance processes and procedures in relation to managing devices and accessories to ensure operational efficiency, and crew are using updated devices.
- Responsible for safeguarding phones/devices/accessories from theft; damage, loss or fire hazards, and that obsolete devices are segregated and subsequently destroyed or recycled.
- Assist crew queries regarding their devices and follow-up with IT for errors in the applications.
- Ensure apps/tools/guides are updated for relevant information.
- Ensure KIS reports of critical and sensitive nature are reviewed daily and sent to the relevant stakeholders for follow-up.
- Collate, update and store qualitative and quantitative data of detailed complaints/compliments that are investigated for record and produce reports.
- Make recommendations to all areas of customer journey affected to enhance and improve existing standard policy, guidelines and procedures based on complaints received.
- Investigate customer complaints with cabin crew in the absence of KIS/Coruson reports/Log entries.
Qualification
- 12 years schooling or equivalent.
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- 3+ years Administration experience.
- Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Windows, MS Outlook.
