Job Purpose

Join our Service Delivery team, where you will be part of a dynamic group responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. The team oversees key business areas, including Catering, Product, Retail, In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity, Cabin Crew Management, the Cabin Crew Centre of Excellence, and Uniform Standards & Development each fundamental to our global operations.

As an Administrator in the Service Delivery team you will review and provide a comprehensive administration support required for coordinating department section functions and ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the department. 

This role is typically focussed on the update and maintenance of administration databases and/or systems. You'll be interacting with contacts within other departments and using computer and applications frequently.


In this role you will:

  • Respond to and resolve crew queries via emails, calls, and walk-ins by providing accurate information, updating systems, escalating issues when required, and ensuring a professional and timely service experience.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of applications, document expiries, and renewals. 
  • Coordinate with crew and internal departments on documentation processes, eligibility, and submission guidelines while ensuring compliance with data protection and company policies.
  • Manage tasks by updating trackers, handling confidential reports, monitoring payment discrepancies, and overseeing the distribution and return of Cabin Crew corporate devices with proper accountability.
  • Prepare detailed reports, highlight findings, and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, governance, compliance, and overall crew service processes.
  • Ensure administrative work undertaken complies with quality standards and is in accordance with department procedures, standards and policy.
  • Support the coordination of administration material, requests, mail and equipment on a daily basis and as required for department related activities and corporate events.


Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:  

  • Have completed 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
  • Have 1+ years of experience in Administration roles.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
