Aircraft Loading Supervisor you will have to safely coordinate arrival and departure below wing activities of the aircraft, by leading and briefing loading teams on the handling requirements and ground support activities and ensure alignment with the SLAs, standards operating procedures and highlights any potential handling constraints. Undertakes aircraft pushback operations.
In this role, you will:
- Implements departmental policies, procedures, and standards, providing clear operational instructions to the team
- Leads day-to-day flight operations, including loading and equipment activities, to ensure safe and efficient arrival, departure, and turnaround handling
- Conducts safety and operational briefings (including turnaround briefings), intervening where risks are identified and following up on corrective actions
- Ensures staff safety by providing guidance, support, and coaching while role-modelling expected safety behaviours
- Coaches and develops team members to build competencies and achieve optimal performance
- Supervises the aircraft turnaround and loading process, ensuring resource availability, procedural accuracy, and compliance with load sheets, LIRF, and related documentation
- Coordinates and communicates with customer service, load control, cockpit, cabin crew, and service partners to ensure accurate load planning and timely flight handling
- Escalates Ground Services Equipment (GSE) serviceability issues to the manager on shift as required
- Independently manages freighter aircraft lower-deck and below-wing activities with support from the Lead Equipment Operator • Implements departmental policies, procedures, and standards, providing clear operational instructions to the team

Qualification
To be consider for this role, you will have to meet the below requirements:
- High School with a Certificate ( 12 years of schooling) or Diploma
- Experience of 4 - 6 years in ground handling / aircraft handling
- Diploma degree: 2- 4 years of experience in ground handling / aircraft handling
- UAE Driving Licence in order to gain ADP to operate equipments
- Advanced understanding of the Turnaround Process
- Good written and spoken communication
