As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible to represent the Emirates Beauty Hub by offering a seamless experience and deliver personalised and suitable beauty and/or fitness solutions that are tailored to the requirements of the Emirates Group standards, including both uniformed and non-uniformed employees. Responsible for promoting the use of skincare, makeup, health and wellness, fitness and nutrition, haircare, and uniform by providing guidance and support within The Emirates Beauty Hub.

In this role, you will: 

• Cultivate confidence in Emirates Group employees overall appearance and their understanding of the Image and Uniform (I&U) standards for those who wear corporate uniforms.
• Collaborate with the crew community to form personalised solutions. 
• Maintain records of each meeting, including observed progress/ outcomes, and ensure that all material provided within the Beauty Hub is accurate.
• Maintain awareness of the trends in the Beauty Hub services, products and concepts, to ensure a seamless and up to date service. 
• Based on trends and feedback from the employees, take initiative to communicate relevant training and courses that will enrich the Beauty Hub services to the Corporate Uniform Standards and Appearance management. 
• Plan and organise workshops and campaigns that are associated with the appearance in corporate uniform and business attire (i.e. make up application, skin care, hair styling, uniform fit and care, fitness and nutrition). 
• Update reporting on the events conducted and the number of attendees must be prepared and submitted to the Corporate Uniform and Appearance team. This should include a summary of the success and achievement of the events and feedback for improvements.
•  Regularly review the services offered to the employees on a regular basis and provide recommendations for improvements, this may include new events both in the hub and externally. 
• Maintain the database on departments assets, and supplies associated with the Beauty Hub, and escalate areas of concern to ensure supplies are monitored and tracked.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

• 12 years schooling or equivalent. 
• 2+ years of In-flight service/ In-flight administration with a background in fitness/ nutrition.
• EK Cabin Crew experience preferred with sound knowledge of the uniform and appearance standards.
• Ability to plan and manage campaigns and events.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment delivering high levels of customer experience. 
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of computer applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
