As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Imagine Cruising, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company, implementing the strategic vision, growth and overall success of the Company under the guidance of the board. You will work closely with and manage the executive team to drive business performance, enhance customer relationships and ensure operational excellence.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Focus on industry trends, market dynamics and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve Company goals and objectives.
- Foster an entrepreneurial culture of innovation, excellence and customer-centricity throughout the organisation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting and resource allocation to ensure sustainable growth.
- Drive lead sales, product strategies and effective marketing activity to increase market share and brand awareness.
- Be required to deliver an equal measure of 'hands on' and strategic leadership to meet business goals.
- Shape and execute business strategies aligned with group objectives.
- Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-performing operations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial growth initiatives.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, passion, visibility and collaboration.
- Drive acquisitions and successful integrations to support growth of the Company.
Qualification
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role within the travel industry.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to constant change
- Demonstrated track record of driving growth and profitability in a competitive market.
- Thorough understanding of travel industry trends, technologies and customer preferences.
- You are an inspiring and collaborative leader with experience in strategic delivery
