Description & Requirements
The role of the Compliance Monitoring Assessor – Flight Operations will be to carry out assessments of flight deck and SIM operations.
The objective is to confirm the implementation of established policies, procedures, and standards during the conduct of operational activities, in order to comply with CAR Ops/IOSA and to report associated risks on observed non-compliances.
- To conduct line/simulator assessments as part of the line/simulator observation program. To produce assessment reports and initial risk assessments indicating non-compliances observed during observation duties.
- To feedback all worldwide observed on-board and simulator activities to the Manager Compliance monitoring Flight Ops.
- Flight Ops Compliance Evaluator duties:
CAR Air Ops/IOSA/EASA: Conduct Flight and Dispatch audits and manage corrective action setting against CAR Ops requirements and IATA Standards and Recommended Practises (ISARP) to monitor continuous compliance.
Qualification
Post Graduate Diploma (12+4 or equivalent)
Experience and Knowledge:
- 10+ years as a Flight Deck Crew (Pilots)
- 5+ years of experience as a pilot with Emirates
- Experience in audit, risk, IOSA, LOSA and flight training is preferred
- Familiarity with audit and risk standards and methodology
- Good general knowledge of national and international rules and regulations
- Ability of analytical thinking and accurate and methodical report writing
