Were looking for individuals who are passionate about service excellence and efficiency with a natural talent for organization and a keen eye for detail If you take pride in delivering outstanding service are committed to ensuring a professional and streamlined environment and are driven to exceed internal customer expectations we want to hear from you In this role we seek people who Are highly organized proactive and take ownership of tasks to deliver exceptional results Consider service excellence and hospitality to be second nature Are either experienced in or aspire to excel in administration and operational management Job Outline The primary role of the CCT Support Officer is to support the handle all the aspects of the short and longterm planning and management of the Cabin Crew Training operation and facility This is to ensure that the cabin crew training plans are produced and the facility is managed to satisfy the training demand to support the EK operational requirements online The Officer is responsible for maximizing productivity and effectively utilizing trainers and resources including SEP simulators service cabin trainers specialized rooms and public areas without compromising the quality of the learners experience The officer will also support in overseeing the daily operations ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and processes to maintain high levels of efficiency Contribute to the enhancement developing and implementing operational processes as well as planning coordinating and executing various projects and initiatives while ensuring the facility upholds the highest standards of excellence Responsibilities Support Cabin Crew Training operations by ensuring that all administrative tasks planning and facility management are effectively executed to meet the overall training demands of the business Build strong relationships with stakeholders NCC FTF SD Training Disciplines PL etc and external customers by promoting effective communication and collaboration Assist the Crew Training Support CTS specialist in daily operations serving as the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues to minimize service quality impacts Identify and recommend opportunities for operational improvements and implement costeffective solutions including automation to enhance the sustainability of the training facility Oversee the inventory of training materials within the portfolio ensuring compliance with specifications and quantities based on training demand and company policy Support the CTS specialist in tracking procurement and accounting processes to ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely availability of materials Provide data for departmental reports and assist the CTS specialist in analysing the data to identify and address gaps in process flows promoting efficiency and continuous improvement Actively participate in departmental initiatives and projects to ensure the successful implementation of strategies that enhance Crew training and futureproof operations Supervise the performance of Crew Training Support Coordinators ensuring timely and quality completion of tasks Assist in their development to enhance team competency and effectiveness Assist in the management of all the building facilities classrooms amenities and all shared areas Champion health and safety within the facility ensuring Fire Wardens First Aiders are available and prepared for emergencies Conduct regular routine checks and log discrepancies taking responsibility for following up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely corrective actions are implemented maintaining operational continuity Assist in managing and maintaining online platforms ensuring their efficient operation and delivering an optimal user experience Support the sourcing and procurement of trainingrelated materials and equipment to meet facility requirements Monitor inventory and functionality of equipment IT and nonIT assets and office supplies ensuring sufficient stock to support uninterrupted operations





Qualification

To be considered for this role you should meet the below requirements A degree in Business Administration or 12 years of schooling plus a higher diploma in a related field Minimum of 5 years in inflight services and administration Experience in facilities management and administrative duties Supervisory experience is required with proven ability to manage and lead a team Strong communication skills both written and spoken in English Proficient in MS Office Experience working with learning systems and IT hardware in a fastpaced and operational environment Excellent organizational abilities Additional language skills besides English are a bonus but not essential
