As a Flight Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for the schedule maintenance in the DMIS (Dnata Management Information System) DXB & DWC for all flights. Work in close co-ordination with Dubai Airports offering support & clarifications where necessary in order to facilitate smooth handling of flights within the airport.
In this role, you will:
- Plan
-Verify and validate flight schedules between dmis and ACL slots ensuring accuracy in updates. - Deploy
-Liaise with Customer Airlines seeking clarity and confirmation on flight status as required. - Lead
-Create, update and maintain dmis database. - Execute
- Source seasonal schedules from customer airlines, Validate schedules with ACL slots and update DMIS DXB & DWC.
-Create, update and maintain DMIS database with airline codes, airport codes and aircraft types data.
-Liaise with Commercial team on new airlines start-ups and creations.
-Ensure flight type & status along with Paying party is accurately updated in DMIS.
-Verify and validate on shift basis daily slots and dmis schedules.
-Manage schedule updates, flight creation, deletion on day of ops based on advice from stakeholders.
-Monitor ramp movement for arrival of any non-scheduled flight and arrange ground handling requirements and notify billing team for revenue recovery.
-Co-ordinate provision of services for adhoc operations with team leads at dnata Operation Control Center.
-Respond to Customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner.
Qualification
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- 12 years of schooling or equivalent and 5 years of experience in ground handling / airport operations.
- Customer relationship experience.
- Fluent in English written and oral.
- Good understanding of ground handling services.
- Knowledge of customer SLA and agreement.
