As an HR coordinator you will need to provide and deliver comprehensive administration support at every touchpoint in the employees' lifecycle.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for day-to-day people experience operations.
- Deliver a consistently high level of quality customer service and communication to internal and external customers/stakeholders. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to meet defined work goals.
- Execute all HR-assigned activities in a timely manner in compliance with the latest policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions. Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Familiarize yourself with HR systems and the data landscape at a level appropriate to perform processes and complete tasks with quality and accuracy.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, practices, and cost reduction across various employee lifecycle touchpoints to enhance the people experience.
- Maintain accurate reporting on HR activities and provide ad hoc reporting whenever required.
Specific Accountabilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding – Join and Welcome to Our World
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment-related activities, including:
- Screening applicants.
- Coordinating interviews.
- Creating and managing job requisitions.
- Supporting the creation of offers in the system.
- Administer and score psychometric assessments in accordance with testing standards and procedures, ensuring accuracy and consistency of scores and profiles.
- Deliver customized onboarding processes and orientations that facilitate a positive candidate experience.
Employee Lifecycle – In Our World
- Process all transactional employee lifecycle activities within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Provide high-quality, consistent HR guidance, support, and resolutions to managers and employees, with a strong focus on people experience.
- Investigate, collect, and verify all relevant documents required to process transactions accurately.
Talent Identification
- Coordinate and schedule appointments in collaboration with the Talent Identification team, ensuring efficient scheduling, follow-up on assessments, arrangement of feedback sessions, and communication with all relevant parties, including applicants, recruitment teams, and hiring managers.
- Collaborate effectively with administrative and cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of services.
Offboarding – Saying Farewell
- Deliver customized offboarding processes and briefings to departing employees, enhancing their overall leaving experience.
- Conduct due diligence on all financial and non-financial aspects of the offboarding process to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
- Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback through exit surveys and interviews to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Have 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, covering recruitment, shared services, onboarding, and offboarding.
Knowledge and Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR administrative procedures, interviewing techniques, and experience handling recruitment projects, onboarding formalities, offboarding processes, or working within a shared services environment covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications and general PC software.
- Strong attention to detail, quality orientation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of the Arabic language is considered an advantage.
