Job Purpose

Job Purpose:

Support and execute HR process optimization and employee experience initiatives to enhance operational excellence, ensure compliance, and deliver a seamless employee journey. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, leveraging data insights, best practices, and stakeholder engagement to drive improvements and ensure the successful adoption of new processes and tools, while aligning efforts with business goals.


Job Outline:

  • Execute HR process optimization by leading ideation efforts through detailed process reviews, identifying inefficiencies, and uncovering opportunities for innovation and improvement. Collaborate with Governance & Compliance and other stakeholders to reimagine workflows, leveraging innovative technologies, data analysis, employee experience insights, and feedback to implement impactful and aligned solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology and Systems teams to implement tools and technologies that enhance HR services. Support integration, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to innovation by staying informed on emerging HR tech trends.
  • Manage project plans by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution of process optimization and employee experience initiatives. Monitor progress, address challenges, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Design training programs and materials, including user guides and workshops, to enable employees and stakeholders to adopt new processes and tools effectively. Provide guidance and resources to ensure successful knowledge transfer and capability building.

  • Leverage data-driven insights from employee feedback, industry benchmarks, and internal reviews to identify opportunities for process enhancements and innovation. Develop and execute targeted improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with business objectives.
  • Support change management efforts by collaborating with stakeholders to identify potential challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and drive engagement. Facilitate communication, provide training resources, and ensure seamless adoption of new HR processes and systems to achieve desired outcomes and minimize disruption.


Qualification

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant degree.

Experience in supporting HR process optimisation, employee experience initiatives and implementation of technologies.

Experience driving continuous improvement by analyzing data and benchmarking.

Experience supporting change management efforts for smooth adoption and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Knowledge/skills:

Understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.

Solid analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Familiarity with HR structures and operational practices.
