As a Loyalty Fraud Risk & Data Privacy Officer in Skywards you will be responsibile to support the delivery and continuous improvement of customer-facing products by coordinating product enhancements, life cycle engagement initiatives, and cross-functional execution. Contribute to product strategy through data-driven insights, while ensuring effective communication, operational alignment, and customer-centric delivery across all touch points.
In this role, you will:
- Review suspicious transactions intercepted by security platform & perform forensic checks to identify further accounts linked and the underlying fraud trends.
- Support Machine Learning by updating final outcome of forensic findings back into the security platform. Identify and highlight false positives and propose new rule requirements.
- Define test cases, carry out User Acceptance Testing for Skywards related Security and Data Integrity system enhancements/bugs and document testing outcomes.
- Analyse large and unstructured data sets to identify trends and anomalies indicative of malicious activities.
- Aggregate, analyse and evaluate available program data sources to evaluate internal risk.
- Review and action exception reports for Member activities not protected by security platform for manual activities performed by staff on Members' profiles.
- Action all identified fraudulent cases within the defined Skywards data integrity intelligence (SDII) SLAs to minimize member inconvenience.
- Provide support with Privacy Compliance initiatives and privacy requirements for new projects implementation.
- Conduct investigation on member complaints/ privacy issues and escalate to Data Integrity Controller and Manager.
- Process Member Mailer Unsubscription requests along with document testing outcomes.
Qualification
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Proficiency in fraud concepts, process flows, and a general understanding of fraud controls.
- Working knowledge of MARS, MACS, CRIS, Business Objects, MS Office (esp. MS Excel).
- Good communication and inter-personal skills, as the jobholder is expected to interact extensively both within Skywards as well as externally.
- Strong analytical skills.
