As a Recruitment Manager - Core & Executive, you will lead a dedicated team of recruiters and partner with the business, providing stakeholder management within a defined business area, to deliver a proactive recruitment solution across the group.
In this role you will:
- Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the Emirates group. Develop and communicate a comprehensive attraction and recruitment strategy within a specified area of responsibility, ensuring the delivery of both immediate tactical business recruitment needs, in addition to the development and delivery of strategic recruitment objectives.
- Collaborate with business units across the organisation including but not limited to; HRBP, Corporate Communications, Marketing, IT and Finance to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive recruitment solution to meet the needs of the business.
- Identify suitable headcount necessary to ensure the delivery of the required recruitment plans in a timely and efficient manner.
- Lead and manage the delivery of high-profile recruitment activities and senior appointments within area of responsibility.
- In collaboration with the People Experience Brand and Partnerships team, execute the Emiratisation strategy through successful management of the Group's recruitment and selection processes for UAE Nationals, providing a stream of quality recruits who will develop across the organisation.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in recruitment strategies and best practices, to identify best in class solutions to attract and recruit talent into the Emirates group both locally and internationally.
- Identify and implement process improvement in recruitment approaches and tools to increase selection quality, in reduced timeframes in the most cost-efficient manner.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers including account management and negotiations to identify the most suitable method of recruitment to meet the ongoing needs of the business.
- Manage escalated queries from the stakeholders across the business providing guidance and direction to the members of your team and intervening where required to ensure the successful delivery of recruitment activity.
- Demonstrate role model behaviour both within the team and across the broader recruitment department. Continuously assess team performance, capability, and opportunity for growth, supporting ongoing professional development, establishing and managing KPI?s and identifying areas of development.
Qualification
To be considered for this role you must meet the below requirements:
Experience: Human Resources, Recruitment & Selection, 8+ years
Qualification: Degree or Honours (12 + 3) or equivalent
Recruitment experience in a large multinational or recruitment/consulting services firm, with a minimum of 3 years' experience managing a team responsible for multi country recruitment delivery.
Occupational Personality Questionnaires (OPQ) Level A & B preferred.
