Join our Airport Services team, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless airport operations and delivering world-class service to our customers. As a Resource Allocator, your role is to Maximise the utilisation and manage operational KPI of between 500-700 resources for staff and crew. Provide a dynamic resource allocation plan through optimal allocation of key operational resources I.E manpower, equipment and facilities on the day of operation. Ensure that the allocation of resources is undertaken independently, without prejudice and in-line with our SLA's.
In this role, you will:
- Review the forecasted loads and resources to ensure there are sufficient resources in place to achieve the SLA's.
- Ensure the driver rosters are updated and representative of the supplier's commitments and Emirates requirements
- Ensure drivers log on/off from the system as per the roster and are allocated sufficient rest as noted in the supplier's contract.
- Provide timely updates to drivers, resolving issues such as passenger delays, traffic delays and road closures.
- Use the TCC ops system to allocate passengers to vehicles in the most effective manner, minimising the usage of 4th party resources.
- Real time tracking of vehicles to ensure efficient usage & allocation as well as managing customer expectations
- Report and document all accidents and incidents using the internal Group Safety system.
- Communicate with service providers throughout the day, highlighting areas of operational improvement or concerns.
- Support the Transport Duty Controller with disruption planning and implementation.
- Ensure all logs and systems are updated throughout the day.
Qualification
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Prior Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Transport.
- Experience in Bus Management System, Resource Management Systems (RMS), Real-Time Control (RTC).
- Well versed with Microsoft Office Applications.
