• Execute and monitor email marketing and digital sales campaigns under guidance, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
• Coordinate with pricing teams to collect, consolidate, and upload fare data for website and promotional use.
• Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing regular reports on online sales metrics, customer behaviour, and revenue outcomes.
• Support the preparation and distribution of commercial materials and presentations to stakeholders.
• Keep detailed records of contracts with partners, including updates and renewals.
• Test Closed User Group Offers (CUGOs) and promotional campaigns and provide timely support to queries from CUGO partners.
• Carry out regular pricing comparisons between benchmarked websites and emirates website in order to highlight areas where Emirates does not have competitive fares.
• Troubleshoot Ecommerce partner inquiries and resolve issues related to online sales and contracts.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including marketing, pricing, sales and customer service to ensure smooth campaign execution and issue resolution.
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales processes and project documentation.

• Graduate with a minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing/online sales or operational capacity.  Experience in the E-Commerce environment and an understanding of technology is essential.

• Basic understanding of airline fare structures, FFP (Frequent Flyer Programs), OTAs and global distribution channels would be preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM or CMS tools is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across teams.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
