Responsible for developing comprehensive sales strategies across all Sales verticals within assigned market. Direct Regional and functional sales teams to deliver on the strategies developed, ensuring robust on the ground accounts coverage and ensuring appropriate localised account management is in place. Continuously develop initiatives, segments and strategies to remain ahead of the competition and to ensure opportunities are identified and realised.
- Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies across Corporate, Leisure, and e-commerce verticals within assigned market, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
- Lead and manage sales teams by directly and overseeing Regional and functional sales teams to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies, robust account coverage, and localised account management.
- Identify and capitalise on prospects by continuously developing and refining initiatives, segments, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition, identifying and realising new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with NPSD Team. Liaise closely with the NPSD team to ensure strong market connectivity and alignment of sales strategies with product development and market needs.
- Drive and enhance customer engagement through both personal involvement and by guiding the sales team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with the Manager – Commercial Enablement and their team, to ensure all opportunities are maximised.
Qualification
Minimum Qualifications:
University Degree [preferably in a Business related discipline]
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Airline passenger sales & marketing
- Minimum 5 years’ experience at Management level
Knowledge/Skills:
- Advanced negotiation techniques and territorial management.
- Ability to analyse and interpret statistical information for presentation to varying levels of audience from junior to senior management.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, e.g. salesforce.com
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Valid Driving License is preferred
Unless traveling for business, you must be able to work onsite five days per week at our New York Town office.
