Description & Requirements

Job Purpose

To achieve agreed sales revenue targets by developing and maintaining an effective professional liaisons with corporates & agents, incentive houses, associations and the various stakeholders in these segments. Help to position Dubai as a global MICE destination and work with the various stakeholders to increase 3rd/4th freedom traffic flows in these segments.


  • Assigned responsibility for managing a portfolio of accounts across all sales channels, including but not limited to corporate clients, travel trade partners, TMCs, OTAs, consolidators, and MICE agencies.
  • Accountable for achieving agreed revenue, yield, and market share targets through effective sales and account management strategies.
  • Expected to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key commercial stakeholders, including but not limited to agents, corporates, DMCs, tourism boards, and other industry partners.
  • Responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities in line with commercial goals and market potential.
  • Required to manage end-to-end account activities, including but not limited to contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and renewal processes.
  • Involved in the planning and execution of commercial projects and initiatives as assigned, including but not limited to tactical sales campaigns, product launches, and seasonal market activations.
  • Tasked with gathering, analyzing, and reporting market intelligence using internal tools such as Salesforce, MIDT, PRISM, and other business systems to support informed decision-making.
  • Expected to collaborate with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to regional sales teams, pricing, revenue management, network planning, and marketing, to ensure alignment of activities.
  • Responsible for monitoring competitor activities and broader market developments, contributing to proactive commercial planning and response.
  • Represents Emirates in the assigned territory at client meetings, industry events, and commercial functions, maintaining high standards of brand representation.
  • Required to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance updates in internal systems to ensure visibility and reporting efficiency.



Experience in all aspects of the airline/travel trade sales environment



Qualification

Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively at all levels

Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel and Power Point

Fluent spoken and written English.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant, outgoing personality.



Must have the right to live & work in Iran.
