Senior Sales Support Assistant

• Support in handling all communication related activities for our leisure and corporate segments.
• Prepare visual material for meetings and travel trade events and fairs.
• Use all technologies available to spot new sales leads and sales opportunities.
• Provide the sales force with account performance reports and point out opportunities and deviations.  
• Handle various administrative sales-related tasks such as the preparation of sales calls, set-up and handling of customer contracts and databases, customer telephone support, etc.
• Handle sales and reservation related requests
• Handle ADAs
• Seek continuous learning opportunities to anticipate and understand customer needs
• At all times undertake activities in a manner which protects the Emirates Group image, revenue stream and increase sales opportunities.

• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience or a university degree in business administration/transportation management/tourism/marketing
• Excellent proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint  
• Knowledge of  Salesforce and Dotmailer is an advantage 
• Knowledge GDS systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Skilled use of E-mail, Internet, visual presentation, statistical presentation. 
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken Russian and English.
