  • To achieve all Sales and Service targets & KPIs as assigned by the Line Manager.
  • Upselling of Ancillaries such as, Flights, Rooms, Meal plans, Multi-centres, Excursions, Static Tours and Tailormade itineraries and Tours.
  • Handling all delegated work by Team Leaders to manage Sales & Service duties, including ad hoc work such as reports handling and submission.
  • Monitor & Handle all Salesforce Inboxes (Sales & Service) Correspondence within the required SLAs.
  • Contribute towards your own personal development by keeping abreast of our Air & Non-Air Product offerings to ensure an up-to-date knowledge of the EKH Portfolio. This includes destination entry requirements, product updates and tours and excursions offered at the destination.
  • Build strong customer relationships using our brand values to encourage repeat business and grow a direct customer database.
  • Have an ability to interact and effectively communicate with a host of third-party suppliers to complete a sale or service requirement for our customers.
  • Be proficient in piecing together an itinerary of twin or multi-centers and/or sell from ready-made product banks to ensure sales KPIs are achieved.
  • Be prepared to respond effectively to unexpected events, such as Force Majeure or various crisis situations, including cancellations occurring before or after departure.
  • Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced Sales and Service environment and assist junior staff and new joiners in the team.


Qualification

  • Experience working in a Sales, Customer Service and/or Aftersales environment within the Travel Industry 
  • Excellent knowledge of IATA Geography, widely travelled and good knowledge of Eastern Hemisphere destinations in IATA Areas 2 & 3.
  • Experience creating travel itineraries from a luxury tour operator or travel agency background.
  • Working knowledge & understanding of ABTA & PTR frameworks 
  • IT literate – proficient in MS office applications. Knowledge of working with GDS/CRS within the travel industry
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Excellent knowledge & understanding of MARS/RESCONNECT and/or GDS 
  • A good and working knowledge of basic Finance reconciliation guidelines.
  • A constant awareness of Industry Updates, Regulations & Practices
