As a Senior Visa Services Consultant, you will provide accurate and compliant visa processing support for business and leisure travel, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient use of immigration systems, and adherence to policies. The role also involves training new employees, handling complex or urgent cases, and contributing to service improvements.


In this role you will:

  • Handle end-to-end visa applications, amendments, cancellations, and extensions with accuracy, ensuring compliance with internal policies and immigration regulations.
  •  Deliver responsive, professional support to clients and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of queries and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  •  Maintain up-to-date visa records and ensure proper archiving of documents in line with audit and process requirements.
  •  Coordinate with immigration officials and internal stakeholders to manage urgent or pending cases, escalating issues as needed to ensure smooth service delivery.
  •  Support onboarding and continuous learning by training new team members and sharing best practices in visa processing and system use.
  •  Generate operational reports, track performance, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.

 



Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements: 


  • Experience in Commercial and Sales            
  • 12 Years schooling or equivalent
  • Diploma in Travel & Tourism, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services, customer services or related administrative or operational functions.
  • Familiarity with immigration portals and visa types across business and leisure segments.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or travel industry settings preferred.
