As a Station Management Supervisor-Marhaba Services, you will supervise all customer services activities to achieve consistent quality service, in compliance with agreed Service Standards & Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Ensure the real time deployment of frontline staff at designated area, and that they adhere to Safety Policy and Security Standards of the company.

In this role, you will:

• Plan
  -In-coordination with RTC chart-out a course of action to ensure the optimal manpower utilization in a cost effective manner.
  -Organise and manage all equipment's/facilities by ensuring optimum utilisation of available resources through cross utilisation.
• Lead
  -Ensure smooth handling of disrupted/critical flight through effectively liaison with external and internal departments, in demanding situations. Diffuse aggressive situations between the front line staff and customers by promptly stepping-in and by employing effective human relations, customer orientation and decision making skills.
• Execute 
  -Organise and manage all equipment's/facilities by ensuring optimum utilisation of available resources through cross utilisation.
  -Ensure frontline staffs are constantly monitored and briefed/de-briefed on the delivery of customer service, maintenance of service standards as per the SLA on shift/flight basis. This is in-order to achieve customer satisfaction and avoid any complaints.
  -Encourage the frontline staff in-order to achieve high morale, discipline, service standard and grooming standard. Maintain the safe and secured work environment for staff at area of jurisdiction by ensuring that they consistently apply the company Safety Policy and Security Standards.
  -Co-ordinate with the seniors to implement trouble-shooting in case of planned and unplanned system outage. Update the fall back arrangements regularly in-order to maintain an efficient contingency plan to handle the disruptions.
  -Conduct the PM reviews for the team subordinates in accordance with corporate standards within the stipulated time limit.
  -Liaise and co-ordinate with Airline personnel with regards to their daily operational requirements and to build a strong and friendly relationship with them. In -coordination with RTC
  -Follows day to day operations related to own job.
  -Ensures that safety briefings are conducted regularly while intervening when there is a risk exposure, role model safe behaviours and follows up on corrective actions.
  -Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and control to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
  -Ensures safety of staff that they have the skills, knowledge and confidence to work safely by providing support, directions ,being a role model for the desire safety behaviours and leading with safety.
  
  

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

Qualifications:

• 12 Years schooling or equivalent.

Experience :

• Airport Operations. Passenger Handling 5+ Years.

Knowledge/Skills:

• It is desirable to be a certified First-Aider or Fire-Warden.
• English Level 5
• IT and Computer Literacy
• Supervisory Skills
• Quality Orientation Skills
• Safety Awareness
