As the Talent Acquisition Partner - Onboarding, you will Provide a dedicated, efficient and value adding onboarding service for all external joiners while ensuring stakeholders are appropriately engaged.
In this role, you will:
- Provide end to end onboarding support to allocated new joiners. Proactively identify potential risks/escalations within the onboarding journey and resolve them in an efficient and timely manner .
- Work closely with all stakeholders within Talent Acquisition to ensure the Onboarding process supports a positive candidate experience and flows seamlessly into employee experience.
- Work closely with Talent Acqusitions Managers and Partners to understand onboarding requirements.
- Build strong relationships at all levels of the business, including executives and senior leaders, and become a trusted advisor during the onboarding journey, providing guidance to leadership candidates to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Capture and leverage relevant onboarding data to demonstrate value to the organisation and influence stakeholder decision-making around improvements and process change.
- Lead a team of Onboarding professionals to provide a positive candidate experience through timely, positive and open communication.
- Ensure the team deliver to agreed SLAs and KPIs and that stakeholders are proactively provided with accurate and timely information about the onboarding of new joiners.
- Lead team members to review existing processes and recommend and implement improvements to enhance the candidate experience.
- Lead and develop team members to embed a high performing culture.
- Collaborate with the wider HR function and other key stakeholders (Facilities, Legal, etc) to maintain compliance with legislation, policies and processes.
Qualification
To be considered for this role, you should have:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Recruitment and Selection.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
You will have an advantage if you also possess:

An open and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
