  • To achieve all Sales revenue, margin and passenger targets as assigned by the Manager.
  • Have an ability to piece together an itinerary of twin or multi-centers and/or sell from ready-made product banks to ensure sales KPIs are achieved.
  • Ancillary and Upselling of Flights, Rooms, Meal plans, Multi-centres, Excursions, Static Tours and Tailormade itineraries and Tours.
  • Handle all delegated work by Team Leaders to do with any Sales matters and ad hoc work which could include reports handling.
  • Monitor & Handle all Salesforce Inboxes (Sales) Correspondence within the required SLAs.
  • Contribute towards your own personal development by keeping abreast of our Air & Non-Air Product offerings to ensure an up-to-date knowledge of the EKH Portfolio. This includes destination entry requirements, product updates and tours and excursions offered at the destination.
  • Be able to effectively communicate with customers to leverage the brand values, generate repeat business and work to very high standards of customer service delivery to ensure all KPIs are achieved.
  • Demonstrate the ability to form valuable relationships with our customers whilst leveraging our brand values to ensure repeat business and creation of a direct customer database.
  • Be able to interact and effectively communicate with a host of third-party suppliers to complete any requirement for our customers.
  • Have the agility and business sense to deal with sudden disruptions such as Force Majeure or other types of crisis situations including, but not limited to cancellation situations pre or post departure.
  • Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced Sales environment.


Qualification

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/Experience/Skills

  • Experience working in a Sales, Customer Service and/or Aftersales environment within the Travel Industry
  • Excellent knowledge of IATA Geography, widely travelled and good knowledge of Eastern Hemisphere destinations in IATA Areas 2 & 3.
  • Experience creating travel itineraries from a luxury tour operator or travel agency background.
  • Working knowledge & understanding of ABTA & PTR frameworks
  • IT literate – proficient in MS office applications. Knowledge of working with GDS/CRS within the travel industry
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Excellent knowledge & understanding of MARS/RESCONNECT and/or GDS
  • A good and working knowledge of basic Finance reconciliation guidelines.
  • A constant awareness of Industry Updates, Regulations & Practices

Salary & Benefits

£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
