As a Visa Services Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and courteous visa support across multiple service channels. This role ensures timely and compliant processing of visa applications, maintains documentation standards, and supports both internal and external customers in alignment with UAE immigration requirements.
In this role you will:
- Provide professional support across walk-in, digital, and B2B channels, ensuring service excellence and adherence to company standards.
- Screen, enter, and submit visa applications through UAE immigration systems, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely submission.
- Prepare visa-related documents (e.g., NOC, sponsorship letters) and maintain accurate digital and physical records in line with audit requirements.
- Process payments for visa services, prepare daily revenue summaries, and coordinate refunds for rejected applications in compliance with guidelines.
- Liaise with customers and external authorities to resolve application-related queries, escalating complex cases to senior team members or the Supervisor.
- Assist employees and their families with visa processing, ensuring all actions align with internal procedures and UAE immigration criteria.
Qualification
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- 10 yrs schooling or equivalent High School Certificate (minimum); diploma in travel-related fields preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the travel, government services, or visa processing environment.
Knowledge/skills:
- Familiar with visa platforms and government portals.
- Documentation Management: Efficient with digital and paper records.
- MS Office: Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Communication: Clear and professional in both speech and writing.
- Customer Service: Efficient and responsive to client needs.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate in reviewing and processing documents.
- Arabic written/spoken Proficiency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.
