As a Workplace Coach at EKAS, your role is instrumental in ensuring new joiners are prepared to perform effectively in their role upon commencement of employment. You play a key role in delivering quality-driven coaching that supports business objectives, enhances productivity, and ensures a successful onboarding experience. By working closely with the business, Learning & Talent (L&T), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders, you help new joiners build the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to perform their roles in line with Emirates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational requirements.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and Learning & Talent (L&T) teams to design and deliver coaching initiatives that support business objectives and ensure adherence to Emirates SOPs.
  • Deliver practical and tailored onboarding experiences for new joiners, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with established procedures.
  • Guide new joiners throughout their learning journey, embedding business goals, safety standards, and productivity expectations into all coaching activities.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide a seamless and impactful on-the-job coaching experience, ensuring consistency and quality across training programmes.
  • Monitor and assess new joiners' development and adherence to standards, providing regular feedback and adapting coaching approaches to optimise performance and compliance.
  • Standardise and continuously improve coaching materials, resources, and onboarding practices to deliver scalable, high-quality, and compliant learning experiences across the organisation.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional coaching initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and overall business performance.
  • Promote operational excellence by reinforcing SOP compliance and safe working practices throughout all coaching activities, ensuring new joiners effectively apply their learning in a live operational environment.


Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Airport Operations, SkyCargo, or the airline industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering quality-driven coaching and mentoring aligned with SOPs and operational compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to champion standards across multiple business functions.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a proven track record of managing high onboarding volumes while maintaining strict procedural compliance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the business, key stakeholders, Learning & Talent teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to embed Standards & Procedures throughout all coaching activities.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in upholding and promoting SOPs and operational standards.
