Job Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic technology leader to join our NPSD Network Passenger Sales Development team as Vice President NPSD Technology Data Analytics The Vice President NPSD Technology Data Analytic s will provide visionary leadership strategic planning and operational excellence to enable datadriven sales innovation to drive the NPSD strategy Drive optimisation and automation of sales processes integrating advanced technology solutions improving decisionmaking through data insights and managing the implementation of distribution technologies and B2B platforms In this role you will Develop the strategic framework and comprehensive roadmaps to drive modernisation and deploy nextgeneration distribution technologies and B2B platforms whilst focused on continuous improvement of sales strategies processes and data driven challenges Lead a high performing team and vendor collaboration to implement AIMLdriven solutions automation cuttingedge data analytics tools technologies and methodologies to deliver innovative efficient solutions to enhance the user experience of the existing sales infrastructure eg CRM enhancements advanced reporting lead management systems Identify improvement areas that align with rapidly evolving trends and leverage the Electronic Data Processing EDP to deliver to deliver scalable agile and futureready tools and solutions that enhance productivity customer experience maximise revenue potential and provide critical insights for sales Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at Senior levels to understand their needs and identify opportunities to drive growth through data and technology working with technology providers overseeing Request for Anything RfX contract negotiations and financial planning Represent NPSD in Executive forums providing strategic guidance on datadriven decisionmaking Establish a governance framework to ensure effective management of data assets Lead contingency planning and disaster recovery for EDP products to support sales with a focus on risk mitigation and ensuring seamless business continuity





Qualification

To be considered for the role you must meet the below requirements Bachelors degree or honours with 12 years experience in CommercialSales Other Degree in Commercial disciplines with emphasis on Business Marketing Sales Experience in senior business strategy and implementation roles KnowledgeSkills Experience in process improvement and project management techniques High level of understanding of leadingedge Information technology including in data and digital areas Comprehensive understanding of all functions within Passenger Sales In depth knowledge of the airline industry global distribution channels and commercial airline strategy including Revenue Optimisation and Sales Executive stakeholder management expertise and strong organisational awareness Strong networking and building relationships across all levels and across external industries consultancy travel transportation airline and hospitality At Emirates were committed to providing our employees with opportunities to grow and develop in their careers So if youre looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity apply today and join our team
