Emirates Skywards seeks to be an inspiring and engaging global loyalty programme for Emirates and FlyDubai. There are a number of key roles within our Skywards Group that are essential to the success of this this programme. In this role, you will:
The lead plays a key role in delivering business value by ensuring business readiness through employee engagement and adoption. The role supports people through changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and ways of working, and culture. The role partners internally with specialist departments from Corporate Communications, Learning and Talent, Retail and Customer service, Airport Services etc. to develop and execute the necessary change management initiatives for a business programme replacing and existing legacy loyalty system with a state- of- the -art new loyalty platform. The lead works with all levels of the community to deliver change in line with the Skywards strategy and portfolio.
Job Outline:
- Lead, develop and execute the change and communications strategy for the programme. Produce timely and targeted messages to stakeholder groups identified as part of change impact to build awareness, alignment, and advocacy for the programme. Ensure timely visibility of key milestones, achievements, and critical risks to drive change adoption and maintain programme momentum.
- Support the programme leaders and their teams to ensure engagement with business stakeholders on change initiatives. Equip and guide them to confidently fulfil their role as change sponsors, enabling them to support their teams through transitions and embed new ways of working.
- Establish and embed structured change management standards, including guidelines and processes to ensure consistency across the programme. Collaborate closely with CCMB to align all product and programme communications.
- Develop and maintain change toolkits, playbooks, templates, and tracking mechanisms, while providing regular updates to governance forums on key risks, readiness insights, and mitigation plans.
- In collaboration with L&T, assess the programme training needs and partner on the design of optimal learning to be delivered by L&T.
- Conduct readiness assessments and present findings to senior management. Provide counsel to leadership team and partner closely with the programme support functions to change manage all stakeholders.
- Leverage innovative tools and industrial engineering methodologies to Support key propositions, processes, training programs, and organizational changes.
Qualification
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Preferably at least 5 years at a managerial level within large-scale complex business change and technology programme environment.
- Experience in delivering complex/cross-functional projects
- Proven experience in a change communications and engagement role, bringing teams together from across an organisation in large-scale & complex transformation programs
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management
- Cross-functional work experience, leading through influence
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, particularly in story and content creation, with proven capabilities in developing and delivering communication strategies, and a strong understanding of different communications channels.
- Experience of designing and leading training
