As HR Specialist - Remuneration, you will provide professional support and coordination through the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, market research and review of pay, allowances and benefits. You will ensure the company's remuneration policies remain compliant with labour law as well as comparable and competitive with market in order to attract and retain talent.
In this role, you will:
- Support in defining a competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to the company's strategy and business goals.
- Ensure that our compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.
- Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits and analyse survey results to assist in comparing compensation and benefits plans.
- Interpret data, prepare reports, and make recommendations using analytical methods and techniques.
- Undertake ad-hoc surveys globally or locally in order to assist in resolving pay and policy related issues.
- Support with managing Pay and Allowances Manual, contracts, Terms & Conditions and ensure these documents are continuously and accurately updated.
- Provide advisory service to the Business, wider HR and Line Managers on dealing with policy issues and queries. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels to ensure everyone is kept informed at all times of changes to policy.
- Assist in pay review process, budget planning, cost estimation and oversee administration of pay programs, coordination of activities with relevant stakeholders and maintenance of required records.
- Support with existing and new businesses, Mergers & Acquisitions and start-ups.
Qualification
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
Degree in a related subject (HR, Business, Humanities) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation & benefits.
In-depth knowledge and experience in the use of analytical and statistical techniques necessary for the quality standard of analysis and reporting.
You'll have an edge if you have:
Training or Certification in Compensation and Benefits.
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate clearly at all levels within a multi-cultural environment.
