Job Purpose

Service Delivery oversees key business areas, including Catering, Product, Retail, In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity, Cabin Crew Management, the Cabin Crew Centre of Excellence, and Uniform Standards & Development—each fundamental to our global operations.

As a Corporate Uniform and Appearance Specialist, you will in collaboration with Corporate Uniform Standards and Appearance Manager, develop and review policies and procedures for achieving set targets, documenting exceptions, and amending appearance management procedures. The role is also responsible for auditing uniform wearers across the Emirates Group, maintaining Uniform Standards manuals, and ensuring detailed reports are available when needed.

In this role you will:

Lead focus groups that have been initiated by the user departments based on employee feedback regarding wellness issues. Gather information on their concerns and objectives. Survey the teams and evaluate the results before linking with the Corporate Uniform Standards and Appearance Manager to implement any necessary changes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to organise seminars, wellness initiatives, and campaigns focusing on relevant aspects of health and wellness to benefit Emirates group employees and uniform wearers, enhancing employee engagement.
Proactively offer wellness consultations on nutrition and exercise plans, collaborating with medical services, and develop and implement fitness programs for staff to achieve desired results.
Collaborate with the Corporate Uniform Standards and Appearance Manager to develop and implement personalised meal plans for uniformed staff, offering this as a paid service through a fitness application integrated with well-established platforms.
Utilise technology and appropriate tools such as online portals to share information/ updates/ webinars on aspects of wellness to all Emirates uniform wearers.
Develop and maintain an effective reporting system to identify emerging trends across the Group based on the results of monthly audits conducted by SD reporting system via the crew management department.
Devise and suggest corrective action plans to ensure trends/ shortfalls are immediately addressed through the distribution/ training / wearing of the uniform.
Review uniform exceptions across the Emirates Group, providing relevant information to DSVP, Line Manager, and HR, documenting outcomes, and suggesting recruitment processes to prevent future employee intake with uniform exceptions. This responsibility is to be implemented across all Emirates Group and Group services.

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

Have completed a Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent); a degree in Nutrition or a related field will be considered an asset/advantage.
Bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience in In-Flight Service or In-Flight Administration.
Demonstrate experience in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer or Group Exercise Instructor.
Possess knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and production methods.
Have proven experience in people management.
Exhibit strong project management skills.
