Description & Requirements
Customer Services Agent, attend to customer and raise reports for mishandled baggage or property irregularity at both T1 & T2, fully conversant with World Tracer Desktop & BELT and respond to customer queries.
In this role, you will:
Attend to customers professionally at both Terminal 1 (T1) and Terminal 2 (T2).
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses.
Raise and manage reports related to mishandled baggage and property irregularities.
Demonstrate full proficiency in WorldTracer Desktop and BELT systems.
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of baggage and property cases in line with established procedures.
Maintain a consistently high standard of customer service and communication.
Qualification
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely responses.
Proven experience in raising and managing reports related to mishandled baggage and property irregularities.
Full proficiency in WorldTracer Desktop and BELT systems.
Strong attention to detail to ensure proper documentation and follow-up of baggage and property cases in line with procedures.
