Job Purpose

dnata is one of the world's largest air services providers offering ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services across five continents. We operate in 38 countries and 136 airports globally.


To coordinate the end-to-end leasing activities for dnata Airport Operations and Cargo assets in line with group contracts. This role is responsible to support all aspects of lease agreements, including fleet demand validation, asset movements, damage and breakdown tracking, and invoice verification.


In this role you well:

  • Evaluate lessors against the agreed leasing contract and ensure the service received is in line with expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Align the leased fleet with business needs by coordinating adjustments with line departments. Collaborate closely with the business to ensure fleet composition supports evolving demands and contractual goals. Compile reports to track fleet effectiveness and support decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring a consistent feedback loop is maintained, and that any issues that arise are addressed promptly and appropriately.
  • Support and coordinate with departments to cross-check and validate invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Collaborates with the procurement team to evaluate, monitor, and renew lease contracts as needed, maintaining financial integrity and contract continuity.
  • Coordinate with dnata Technical Services to ensure timely issuance of airside gate passes and airport vehicle pass (AVPs), enabling lessors to meet contractual obligations. Works with the dTS planning team to maintain accurate fleet records, ensuring all renewals, replacements, and repairs are properly tracked and reported.




Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • 12 yrs schooling or equivalent
  • 4+yrs of relevant experience in procurement or leasing section in a Transportation, Engineering or Ground Handling Industry.
  • -Strong understanding of best practice lease processes and contract management.
  • -Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and planning, insurance, and warranty processes is desirable.
  • -Ability to work effectively across multiple teams including both internal and external stakeholders.
  • -Proficiency in reporting and analysis through both Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) and MS Office.
  • -Understanding of airside operations and processes is an advantage.
  • -Holding a valid UAE driving licence.
