dnata Airport Operations’ vast ground handling operations successfully service the major global hub at Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport. We deliver a seamless experience from check-in to baggage delivery for more than 80 million passengers and 140 scheduled airlines annually.

As a Freighter Loading Expert you will ensure the safe on-loading, off-loading and ground support activities on a Freighter aircraft at Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) on a 24/7 shift in accordance with operational service level agreements and regulatory controls.

In this role you will: 

• Complies with all company SOPs, work instructions, and DWC airport authority regulatory requirements to ensure smooth freighter operations.
• Performs loading, offloading, and equipment operation activities for incoming and outgoing freighter flights.
• Conducts safety briefings, intervenes in risk exposure, and ensures safety reporting and regulations are consistently followed.
• Works under strict time constraints to ensure safe, on-time aircraft departures while meeting service delivery targets.
• Briefs and leads team members, allocates tasks, oversees freighter turnaround activities, and keeps the Airside Loading Supervisor informed of progress.
• Leads main deck loading and off-loading in accordance with loading instructions, liaising on operational challenges and exceptions.
• Ensures all loading deviations are properly authorised by ALS, Load Control, or Load Master prior to aircraft release.
• Coordinates with relevant sections to ensure timely availability of serviceable equipment and provides SME expertise on special loads to maintain operational safety.

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirement: 

• High School with a Certificate (12 years of schooling) OR Diploma in Ground handling.

• UAE Driving Licence in order to gain ADP
