Description & Requirements
Job Purpose:
Manage the development and continuous improvement of Emirates e-commerce products and ancillary services across all online B2C platforms. Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing enhancement, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders ensuring customer experience, increase online revenue, and reduce service costs through automation, delivering a seamless and effective digital journey.
Job Outline:
- Contribute to the implementation of the Web and Mobile product strategy by supporting initiatives that help increase online revenue and improve conversion rates.
- Identify, implement and project manage new and enhance existing commercial online products.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements. Ensure alignment across business stakeholders, lead requirement discussions with the relevant internal teams.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders like Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand (CCMB), Revenue Optimisation, Airport Services, Group Legal and IT to improve commercial online products, self-service and ancillary offerings.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion and provide ideas to the conversion rate optimisation programme.
- Analyse and report on product performance and define KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research and benchmarking, such as identifying technology and user trends, assessing competitive positioning, and reviewing implementation of regulatory requirements.

Qualification
Degree in Commercial relevant field.
Experience in Product Development, Project Management, or E-Commerce.
Knowledge/skills:
Experience in the travel or airline industry.
Experience in online distribution or travel technology in a product.
Background in customer experience, and/or e-commerce-related capacity.
Project management skills and experience in research and analytics is preferable.
