Job Purpose

Emirates Flight Training is a modern, progressive department that utilises Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) methodology in all our courses and is one of the few full Evidence Based Training (EBT) operators worldwide. Through continuous professional development and standardisation, you can expect to be trained and developed in the most up to date training methodologies to ensure you meet the exacting standards required by Emirates.


JOB PURPOSE 

Deliver Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Human Factors (HF) training programs to Flight Crew and Cabin Crew to meet GCAA regulatory requirements as well as Emirates operational requirements. You will be qualified as a CRM Trainer, nominated and accepted by GCAA.


JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES  

  • Deliver classroom training in CRM to meet required standards and improve pilot performance. 
  • Assist with updating the current HF and CRM course content and develop course material as required. 
  • Stay current with the latest HF and CRM trends and facilitation techniques. 
  • Participate in HF and CRM related projects as required.


Qualification

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS 

Experience : 

  • Flight Deck Crew (Pilots).Others 3+ Years 
  • Degree preferably in the field of Human Factors/CRM in Aviation or related fields. In the absence of a degree, ATPL is accepted. 
  • Experience in Flight Deck Crew (Pilots) 

Knowledge/Skills: 

  • Training background preferred. 
  • Experience in facilitating training is preferred. 
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point would be an advantage. 
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • A high standard of written and spoken English
