As a Product Manager for our corporate travel division you will drive the development and execution of non-air product strategies to support revenue growth and strengthen dnata’s position within the corporate travel market. The role focuses on optimizing product performance, enhancing operational efficiencies and customer experience, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative solutions that achieve business growth targets and improve overall commercial performance.
In this role, you will
- Implement strategies to increase non-air product attachment rates (e.g., hotels) and achieve revenue targets aligned with overall business objectives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify market gaps and profitable growth opportunities.
- Design and deliver competitive product offerings in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor KPIs and ROI for non-air products, using data-driven insights to improve conversion, profitability, and performance.
- Manage third-party recovery providers, overseeing commission recovery activities and ensuring compliance with pricing and yield strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Central Ground Services, EmQuest, Global Operations, Business Intelligence, and Legal to support collaboration, product development, operational improvements, and commercial success.
Qualification
To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years’ experience in Commercial/Sales in the Travel/Tourism industry
- Experience in Product Management
- Exposure to commercial and product management functions
- Experience in process improvement and managing medium-scale projects with accountability for successful implementation
- Strong understanding of the global travel industry, including competitor trends and market dynamics
- Comprehensive knowledge of hospitality, travel, and tourism operations across multiple business units
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop practical business solutions
- Solid knowledge of business improvement processes and operational efficiencies
