As a Cabin Crew Recruitment Advisor, your role is to provide a full cycle recruitment experience to assigned departments within the Emirates Group, from sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring high calibre candidates capable and competent to perform the role and fit the Emirates Group Values.
In this role, you will:
- Travel extensively to identify and secure the world's top cabin crew talent offering a distinctive platform to elevate your career and embrace new challenges in a performance-driven environment over the term of the contract.
- Play an instrumental role in building a world-class cabin crew team that will be at the forefront of taking Emirates into Era 3 and beyond, while developing your career in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
- Work with and manage the quality of support provided by recruitment agencies when operationally working with them in the field on campaigns, ensuring that Emirates Group's brand image and high standards of candidate experience are reflected by all processes where support is provided
- Carry out all administrative duties in the recruitment process, such as distributing interview packs, organising timetables, arranging interviews etc.
- Support Team Lead to offer regional expertise on local market conditions / trends / employment practices / talent engagement initiatives to promote Emirates as an employer of choice
- Provide insight into our regional recruitment performance and assessment centres, making recommendations for improvements, cost efficiencies and increased conversion metrics.
- Proactively engage with hospitality schools and other relevant academic institutions, in addition to maintaining high presence within key local areas of hospitality, airport, travel, leisure and retail districts, including representing Emirates at relevant career events (in partnership with other recruitment teams)
Qualification
To be considered for this position, you must meet the below requirements:
- 12 yrs schooling or equivalent and +5 years of recruitment experience in-house or agency recruiter or previous experience as cabin crew OR Degree or Honours in a relevant field and +2 years of recruitment experience in-house or agency recruiter or previous experience as cabin crew.
You will have an edge if you have/can:
- CIPD or any other HR professional certification
- Must be able to travel to cover recruitment campaigns.
- Experience with various selection processes (Digital Assessments, video interviewing, telephone interviewing, reference checks)
- Ability to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency framework
- Ability to organise skills assessment centres (In tray activities, work samples, presentation topics)
- Demonstrable experience of using dashboard tools to monitor key recruitment metrics, enabling informed decision-making and timely adjustments to strategies.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all processes.
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS systems and CMS Systems
